A delegation from the WACCREP, composed of Mr. Cheick Oumar Tangara, and the MEAL Officer, Dr. Mountaga Diallo from Mali, participated in the Science for Africa Foundation’s EPSILON project workshop for Program and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) officers, held in Lagos from November 24 to 28, 2025.

During this five-day workshop, the team presented a WACCREP project titled « Strengthening Clinical and Genomic Research Capacity on Arboviruses (SCGRA). » The presentation highlighted the progress of ongoing activities for the said project across Côte d’Ivoire, Guinea, Liberia, Mali, and Sierra Leone. WACCREP stands for the West African Consortium for Clinical Research on Epidemic Pathogens.
